Production process:
Rich in free amino acids, small peptides, nucleotides, taurine, and other nutrients. For example, the finished product typically contains 10% free amino acids, 25% small peptides, 1.5% nucleotides, 2.41% taurine, and umami amino acids such as glutamic acid and glycine, totaling approximately 12%. These ingredients make it highly appetizing.
Usually the leftovers from marine shrimp, shrimp larvae and freshwater shrimp processing are used as raw materials. First, the shrimp heads are cleaned of dirt and sent into a meat collector to obtain the inner gland fluid. Then, animal protein hydrolyzing enzymes are added to the inner gland fluid for hydrolysis. After the hydrolysis is completed, the temperature is raised to kill the enzyme bacteria. The enzymatic hydrolyzed liquid is then subjected to sedimentation separation, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis membrane separation and other operations. Finally, the retentate obtained is mixed with ethanol and sealed and packaged.
