CHARACTERS:
White or yellowish-white powder with slightly citrus smell. It is soluble in alcohol and in ether, and it is practically insoluble in water.
APPLICATION:
Add this product to oil and heat to dissolve, and then add it to the food in proportion; or dissolve it with ethanol to make a 5% alcohol solution, and then dip the food in it or spray it on the food;
Add this product directly to powdered infant food, milk powder, powdered seasoning, chicken powder, etc., and mix

FUNCTION:
1.Antioxidant: Ascorbyl palmitate helps preventing oils & fat from getting oxidated,prolonging the process of oils, fats,fish,
margarine,milk, carotenoid and cosmetic products etc.on the oxidative deterioration. It can also be used as an antioxidant in infant
food.The combination of Ascorbyl palmitate with VE or other antioxidants has synergistic effect;
2.Vitamin C enhancer: Ascorbyi palmitate is a Vitamin C enhancer.Unlike Vitamin C, it will not cause irritation for the intestines and stomach;
3.Color fixative: Ascorbyl palmitate can be used to protect natural pigments such as
carotene,lutein,capsaicin,lycopene etc. from getting oxidation;
4.Others: Ascorbyl palmitate can effectively prevent oxidation of the active components in the medicines and drugs.Ascorbyl palmitate can be used in dying materials,farm chemicals and medical intermediates.
